This hotel should be ashamed of itself. It is tatty and over priced. I felt like I was in an ex-pat throw back to the 70's. Compared to the many other hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia this was the worse and the most expensive. It was the last place I tried and the only one that had a... more

I stayed in this hotel in late August for 3D/2N while taking a short break in Phnom Penh, During my stay the Intercontinental lived up to the brand standard & my expectations. I found the public areas I visited (Lobby, Bar, Restaurant & club lounge) to be clean & well maintained as was my room, The Staff were friendly, professional... more

I have no idea where the people who wrote the negative reviews stayed. We loved the hotel. It was an oasis in the center of extremely busy Phnom Penh. The room & bathroom were very nice. It had a great air conditioner, toiletries, and bedding. The swimming pool was very nice as well. The breakfast & lunch buffets were excellent,... more

The cheapest of our 5 hotels in Cambodia and Thailand, and the most disappointing. We stayed on their club floor for 3 nights which removed us from the mass-market tourists - but this was not the usual Intercontinental-style sanctuary that we've experienced else-where, with many 'business' people using it as an office, and the occasional large groups of people using... more

What can I say about this place. Not much really, it met expectations, was clean, efficient and all in all no major mishaps. It's a little away from the main shopping and bar areas but no more than a 2/3USD tuk tuk ride so no major shakes.. Tallest building in Phnom Penh, 15 floors, top two reserved for the intercontinental... more

We stayed at this hotel twice, a night at the begining and at the end of a Cambodia tour. We were part of a tour group, we were asked to be prepared for the worst in Cambodia, including the hotels. However, the hotel turned out to be excellent, perhaps not as swanky and plush as some reviewers expected of InterContinentals... more

This was a wonderful hotel in all aspects but the location. We selected this hotel as part of an independent tour of Cambodia and were not at all disappointed. The room was large, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and the staff was very attentive. Our stay was only two nights after having spent 16 nights in various hotels in Vietnam... more

Well, I don't know if I've stayed at the same hotel as other reviewers. To me, this hotel has been nothing but excellent. The reception swift and very friendly. Staff very friendly. I had three shirts washed, asked for "express service" and got them back still warm from the press, neatly folded, in three hours! I have to say I... more

I stayed 2 nights here. My room on the 10th floor was comfortable and quiet. The room seemed a bit on the small side but I was not in the room all that much. The internet is a bit pricey but worked fairly well. The bathroom has a separate tub and and a big shower that could have held 2... more

My stay in this hotel is what compelled me to join tripadvisor and post a review. This hotel is hardly worthy of the Intercontinental name for so many reasons. (1) The price is very expensive compared to other options in the area. (2) The service is subpar. (3) Amenities are 2-3 star at best. Before I go into further details,... more
