Glad we stayed there. Great dinner buffet and the staff were very nice/helpful. One down side is the gym, need to put fans or have some air circulating in there....thought I was going to pass out the first time I worked out. (Texas 2008) more

We arrived at the hotel, staff was not really friendly and if service needed, they were not able to reserve a table in a restaurant as well as calling a certain taxi driver. Rooms are relatively big but basic and definetely need a renovation. It seems that some renovation work is going on in the hotel. The construction work started... more
I cannot believe the previous review to this hotel from the australian whinger. Its one of the best hotels, taking room rate into consideration, I have stayed in. It cost me $75 for a delux room overlooking the garden which is very beautiful and the pool. The staff were very friendly as in VERY. The food was delicious, the evening... more
Wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone. Poor service and very unfriendly staff who never smile. Food here is terrible, cold, poor poor quality! rooms are clean but open your curtains dont dare! a view of bars on the window shade cloth and looking out over a slum area. Location is TERRIBLE!! Down a side street near nothing else! And for... more
A really nice, medium sized, tucked away in Phnom Phen. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable; check-in and all staff very friendly and more than accomodating - especially when my husband become unwell. The food in restaurant was fab - have never been to a buffet with quite so much choice and variety. Nice pool and spa treatments more
I booked through my travel agent a 4 star hotel in Phnom Penh and this is where I stayed. This hotel is definiately not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean but there was no clock in the room. The room was a ground floor room with a view of the wall between the hotel and its neighbors. The... more
Except for the dinner buffet which was remarkable though at $17.60 expensive by local standards. Problem is that if you don't want it it's quite difficult to get much else! It took us 20 minutes of negotiation, which produced a series of gradually expanding menus... Service & rooms were ok but be aware that unlike some other hotels in Cambodia... more
Stayed here for three nights. The first thing I noticed whilst travelling along the dark alley to the hotel was that this wasn't an ideal location. I was glad to be part of a tour group with a minibus picking me up, rather than having to make my own way about. There's a nice pool surrounded by tropical plants, and... more
I booked 5 nights on forehand in this hotel due to the nice swimmingpool and price. When me and my husband arrived we immediatly got a strange feeling. The room was on the groundfloor looking out on a blind wall with some plants and i immediatly saw a big rat before my hotel window. But hey, this is cambodia, these... more
Requested pick up from airport, this did not happen, had to take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi was reasonable. Hotel is on a side street, not far from the central market, you can walk or take a taxi. Hotel itself was ok, breakfast fair, nothing really outstanding. Room was clean, good air conditioning, somewhat friendly staff. more
