This is long overdue! I would like to mention the fantastic stay I had at the Paragon Hotel in Phnom Penh! The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was good; they advised me of correct taxi prices, safe places to go and good restaurants to try. The room was beautiful! Spacious, clean with everything I need.... more

I researched a lot of hotels before choosing the Paragon. I choose it because of its good location (true--it was in walking distance of most major tourist attractions or a short taxi cab away, and it's right on the riverfront) and I heard the service was good (partly true--I'll get to this later). I am a young, single female traveler... more

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights in this hotel Room: Clean, hot water, new A/C, large (approx 30m²), silent (we ask for a room with no window) Staff: Nice and professional. The 2 times we booked a room, they kept one for us Service: Bus, Taxi and Tuk-Tuk reservation. One thing they can improve: there is no WIFI or... more

We booked weeks before travelling because we have an infant and didn't want to be wandering around trying to find a room. When we arrived at the Paragon, the front desk staff said they didn't have our room, they'd given it to someone else. This is inspite of 3 phone calls and 2 emails beforehand checking that our booking was... more

We were staying at L'imprevu resort and it was too far out so we walked around sisowath quay for a place to stay and ended up here for a night. Its a good deal with friendly staff and we only left because we were leaving phnom penh. My only complain is the very strong scent of the room. It was... more

We stayed there for 5 nites from 15 - 16 june, 19-21 June 2008. We absolutely loved our every nite there. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is near to Royal palace/national museum and situated in the midst of the busy night life (this is because there are many pubs along the river front). We... more

I stayed at the Paragon on three separate occasions during my time in Phnom Penh. It's location on the riverfront is convenient for travelers as there are internet cafes, restaurants, and pubs around. You have several options to choose from including rooms with or without windows. Those with riverside windows are the most expensive. Luckily, there is a balcony open... more

Basic hotel, a lot of geckos both in the room and on the balcony - but I wasn't bothered by that. It was a reasonable price, great part of town, the staff were nice. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom without a curtain or anything - so when you shower the entire room gets wet. That would... more

Well, we turned up here at 6pm wanting a room for two nights, starting then, and they had one - they took off $5, since it was walk in. We had a twin room on the 5th floor with bathroom, balcony and aircon - $30 for one night, usually $35. It's the most expensive room - their cheapest ones are... more

I had made a reservation for a room with private balcony in this hotel. I received a confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager said that he could not find the reservation. I showed him the printed confirmation. But he kept saying that there was not a reservation for such a room. Finally he offered me a bad... more
