I stayed at the Legacy on the recommendation of a colleague and although the hotel looks very new and attractive on the surface, I found the level of customer service and the quality of the rooms seriously lacking. The Legacy is a smart modern hotel, conveniently close to the old city. Our room was large and bright, with a big balcony. We moved into the Legacy for one night after moving out of another hotel that was substandard and more expensive. The Legacy Hotel is the refurbished WYMC in East Jerusalem and it is beautiful.
