Hotel is extremely aged and dated. Only stay here if they will guarantee you a renovated room (only 10% of rooms currently). We were on the "preferred floor", but you'd never know it. The room reeked of smoke. even though non-smoking was requested. There was black hair all over the old, heavily stained carpet, in addition to thick black dust along the edges of the room, which was clearly not vacuumed prior to our arrival. Rooms under renovation so they are sprucing up. We were a 21st floor room in Cleo. Tower. Clean Beds, Clean Rooms, Nice Service. Room would be a Low to mid level 4 star. WE LOVED THE LOCATION .
