I had two rooms and specially asked for non-smoking ,one of them smelled like a very dirty ashtray and they insisted it was non-smoking though everyone smelled it,they didn't offer to change and said someone in the staff must have sneaked in.Staff in the main lobby very slow, for check in and the lobby also smells of cigars.Good breakfast .,view... more

My husband and I took my 80+ year old parents to Peru to see Macchu Pichu and stayed 2 nights at the Mireflores Park Hotel. The staff is superb. Whoever trains them in customer service deserves a raise. The doormen took it upon themselves to assist my parents up and down the entry steps and into cabs. We cannot wait... more
