We have just returned from a wondeful week at the Dreams Beach Resort. On arrival we were checked in very quickly and efficiently. We had paid to upgrade to a sea view room which was definitely worth the extra. We got an absolutely gorgeous room. It's not 5 star but I'd rate it as a 4 star. The best part... more

spent a week in dreams beach. best part of the holiday was defenetly the snorkling. amazing. food was ok, however repetitive. some of the reviews on here do seem a little over board.Entertainment is awful, not funny, no talent, no motivation at all. worst entertainment ever witnessed on holiday. We also got pestered alot however normally saying no thanks does... more

Stayed here in June/July for 2 weeks. Single Mum with 3 teenage children. I dont normally write reviews, but felt I had to after seeing what some of the reviews were saying. First off, if you are expecting 5 star luxury, forget it. Pay the proper price (at least double) and you will get it. Value for money, you can... more

We had never been to Egypt before, having heard mixed reviews we decided to give it a go. We have now booked to return to this hotel again next June. When we arrived at the hotel they were very organised in checking us in and getting the cases to the rooms. Our room was lovely it looked over the pool... more

I was surprised that a hotel like this gets so good reviews here... First, we were repelled by the staff who was always demanding tips by everything they did (or did not). We were asked at the check in, at the reception, to give 50 USD so that our room is upgraded to a sea-view room. We paid 30 USD... more

I can honestly say that this has been the worst holiday that my family have ever been on. On arrival at the hotel our bathroom was filthy, the last occupents hairs were all over the bath and floor, the toilet was dirty and the towels were a dirty grey colour. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds and... more

We read all the reviews before going which made us very apprehensive. On arrival we had a room close to reception which should have been catering to the four of us but which only housed two single beds. When we complained it took several trips back and forth before the guy on the desk asked housekeeping for more beds and... more

Travelled with Thomas Cook in October 2008. Having read varied reports we were not sure exactly what to expect, but there was no need to worry. The hotel was excellent, all the staff friendly and the facilities spot on. The walk ways into the Red Sea offer excellent snorkelling on the doorstep; even if you don't snorkel the water on... more

After booking this holiday in March and spending many a night looking through the reviews, we thought it only fit a proper that we should write a few words about the hotel. Firstly on arrival at Sharm Airport you need to gain a visa should you want to go on any trips outside the hotel, only about £10 each but... more
