We paid $122 -- $96 room rate and taxes plus $16 parking. For that price, it was fair. I'd probably be willing to pay $150 total but no higher. Customer service does not exist here. Yes, construction is clearly still going on, however, I only heard it between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m... so for business travelers with outside meetings planned during the day this will not be an issue.
