This is fabulous hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff is attentive and helpful. The food is first-rate. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel (except that it is in Orlando - I do not see anything overly appealing about Orlando.) If you must stay in Orlando, definitely stay here. more

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando for a week in October 2008. The service was tremendous. Every aspect. Even a minor irritant like in-room coffee not refilled, was addressed quickly. The service at this resort was impeccable. I was treated like Royalty! The room was spacious and luxurious, and the hotel smelled like a tropical paradise.
