I would not recommend staying there if you expect to receive ANY assitance from the staff or management! They can care less if you stay there and are not willing to assist guests with minor problems! We stayed in building 4 2nd floor overlooking the smallpool, some noise from the pool but it closed at 2300 which was fine.
