We just returned from Thanksgiving week at the Swan. We had never stayed there before, although we are Disney veterans. It is a beautiful resort. The Swan is partnered with the Dolphin and both are former Disney hotels now owned by Marriott. You still get the benefits of a Disney resort, including the Disney transportation system. The rooms are nice... more

The rooms are nice, not overly luxurious and not that large, but very clean. Because I was with a convention i got lower prices and some amenities (wireless, use of gym, etc.) at a good price. The Italian restaurant was excellent (much better than the BluZoo at the Dolphin (which is overpriced and just average, generic food --think a teeny,... more

I just returned from a three-night stay at the Swan while in Orlando for a conference. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was pleasant enough but was not overly cheerful or what I would expect from Disney staff (with the exception of one phenomenal waitress). The rooms themselves were average and I'd have to say a bit... more

We were lucky to have gotten a free stay there and even a nice Junior Suite with a great view of the nightly fireworks. The location in the park is ok, obviously the Disney owned properties are even closer to the attraction but it sure beats driving to our hotel every night like we did the last time. The room... more

I just returned from this hotel after staying there for a conference. Nothing was particularly wrong with the place, just nothing special. The staff were always very friendly, my room was clean (thought had a faint smell of maybe previously having been a smoking room...), beds were quite comfortable, Bath & Body Works stuff in the bathroom. One plus was,... more

I had no choice but to stay at this hotel, as I was attending a conference. It was nice and clean, and the kids I saw were having fun. For adults, though, the all encompassing world of Disney is a little inconvenient. Every thing costs twice as much as it should, and the nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away... more

Stayed at the Swan Hotel third week of October 2008. Could hear water going through pipes and this woke me up....and I'm not a light sleeper. The bathroom is so small that when you open the door it is less than an inch from the commode when you open it. Did I say small? This is a LARGE hotel and... more

O.K so that may be a bit exaggerated, but I have NEVER been so disappointed when entering a hotel room. We have always wanted to stay at this hotel since our first Disney trip in '93 and decided this year to add it to the list. It was very expensive, but that wasn't the initial issue, I knew that when... more

Hi everyone me and my girlfriend went to Walt Disney World for 5 days. We are from Quebec, Canada. At my arrival, we had a room with a front view that gave us a garden view with two double beds... I went to the front desk and then asked if it was possible to get a room with a balcony,... more

What an amazing hotel. Everyone from the bell staff, concierge, front desk and housekeeping were truly amazing. The location was amazing if you are visiting the Disney parks. A quick walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The food at the hotel was great. My favorite place for a quick bit was Pekaboo in the dolphin hotel across the way. What... more
