Rooms were not kept clean. Staff not helpful or up to Disney's normal standards that I am used to. Most off all, that upset me was that the rooms I requested they had on file and when we arrived , they failed to even come close to a small list of places we wanted to be located.Asked for a manager... more

The hotel was ok. The bathtub was dirty when we checked in, so I cleaned it and the carpet was filthy. The beds were very comfortable. The food court was very unorganized. We stayed at the caribbean resort for a week. Check in was fast and friendly. Even though the hotel was huge, getting around to places was easy, buses were available every 20 min.
