I cancelled my reservation 3 days in advance and received a cancellation number and they tell me I still must pay even though on their site it says if I cancel 24 hours in advance there is no fee. They made up an outright story that I booked the reservation at a site called buynow.com and there is no such... more

We apoligize for any inconvience you may have experienced. When booking the BUYNOW Reservation through the Day's Inn Web Site, before confirming the Reservation it states that the Reservation requires a credit card to pre-pay due to the discounted room rate. It also states that the Reservation is Non-Refundable, cannot be cancelled, or modified. Thank You, Tammy

I have tried to receive a refund for a cancellation that was booked through the Days Inn website. The desk supervisor canceled the reservation and in return charge my credit card. They are very reluctant to reverse the card. I have traveled all over the world and have never dealt with an organization that will not refund your money prior... more

BUYNOW Reservations booked through the Days Inn Website states that the Reservation is Non-Refundable, cannot be cancelled, and cannot be modified due to this is a discounted room rate program.

I stayed at this hotel in May and I had a great stay! The room was very clean and they had a nice breakfast in the morning. I was able to use my lap top there to check my emails. The kids wanted to shop and the staff was very helpful giving us directions to the shopping areas. more

My wife and I chose this Days Inn for a 5 night stay. We booked our room online ahead of time. Upon arrival, we realized we got two queen beds instead of a king. They would not change our room, even with vacancies, because we pre-paid online. Our room was generally not fresh feeling. The bathroom was run-down, and the... more

I just returned from Orlando and stayed at the Days Inn as a result of HOtwire's ripoff. Hotwire charged me for this hotel than what I could have paid through the hotel myself. They rated it 2 star. It is not even a 1 star. The hotel was hit by the hurricanes last fall. Construction everywhere. My room was moldy... more
