Spent one night recently at the HI in Tarpon Springs on Hwy 19. The lobby area was very attractive - looks like it was recently remodeled. The room was the usual HI and that was fine. The bed needs to be retired - it was uncomfortable. The bath towels were a bit thin and no towl racks in the bathroom.... more

The pool and courtyard are heavenly with beautiful tropical plants and flowers. The pool is deep and very clean. They also supply towels, which is helpful. This hotel was really clean and as soon as my friends and I got there they gave us tickets for free drinks at their bar from 5-6. Service was good, breakfast was great.
