We just returned from a two-night stay at Mountain Laurel and it was fantastic in every way. We enjoyed a couple's massage on the first afternoon and loved just walking around the grounds (which were still nice even though the recent freeze zapped a lot of their plants). Great weekend getaway for anniversary or special occassion. We combined a birthday with an Valentine Wine & Chocolates tour thru some of the amazingly good wineries in the area. The local Dahlonega Theater provided great evening entertainment and there are several restaurants close by. Loved the personal touches provided by the owners. I have spent two weekends at the Mountain Laurel Creek Bed and Breakfast and will go back again in a heartbeat.
