Stayed on business. Was upgraded to a loft suite. Hotel was beautifully appointed, superbly located and dead sexy. Great beds, great baths, great service overall, great location. Avoid top floor rooms because of noise from the air conditioning units. Regulating room temperature can get a little challenging. Spa is mediocre and overpriced. Concierge was wrong on lyric opera times, so we were 1/2 hour late. Parking is expensive. more

Stayed at the James for 4 nights. Thought I had died and gone to heaven. Superb room. Bed had pillow top and was about 6 foot wide. Massive T.V. on wall. Fully stocked fridge. Coffee maker. Free slippers and dressing gowns. Maid service twice a day. Pillow has small sweet or biscuit placed on it in the evening. Excellent air... more
