We stayed at the Seaport Hotel for 10 days in early August. We had booked one room with two queen beds but on arrival we asked to upgrade to a suite. For not very much more money we got a great suite on the 17th floor with two rooms - much easier for us with two kids aged 9 and... more

The overall visit and experience was terrible from the start. Valet parking wouldn't let us park had to find parking lot and then spoke to other people attending same event and half got to valet and half had to park themselves in a garage that is part of the hotel but you still are reguired to pay for even if... more

We stayed at the Seaport for four days. The hotel was beautiful and we were immediately upgraded to a suite. Our room had a flat screen and a computer - how great! The staff were friendly but not outgoing, you had to really approach them. The location was a bit far from other hotels, but within walking distance of the... more

I was at first very excited about my stay at the Seaport Hotel, hoping it would be excellent. My first problem was stained sheets. I told my husband they looked as if they had been laundered, but the BROWN stain made me have doubts. The plug in the tub did not work properly, so no bubble bath. The AC in... more

We were in Boston for a meeting and decided to try something different from the usual big chains (Marriott, Westin, etc.), and were very pleasantly surprised by the Seaport. Great service, very comfortable beds, quiet, easy access to the convention center by a walkway, and just down the block from a terrific restaurant called Salvatore's. The T is just outside... more

First time in the hotel and it is a beauty. The hotel is an exceptionally well managed hotel where all employees go out of their way to make your stay nice. I stayed for 5 nights while on business and enjoyed every minute of it. Although it is off the beaten path a little downtown is an easy and pretty... more

Due to United Airlines' ineptitude (delays from Chicago to Boston), I missed a flight overseas from Boston and had to spend the night in Boston. The Travellers Aid desk at Logan Airport found a room for me for the night at the Seaport Hotel. It was a little more than I had hoped to pay, but due to the basketball... more

Just stayed at the hotel for a conference and was very impressed. Nice rooms, good food throughout the conference and receptions, and a very nice health club. The club is actually a real fitness club with weights, cardio, an indoor pool, and locker room/steam room. It can get crowded in the morning when the non-guest members are there. The whole... more

I recently stayed here to attend a conference at the trade center next door. The main attraction of this hotel is that it is connected to the center via a sky bridge, it's also about 10 minutes from the airport by cab or water taxi. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance including the Legal Test Kitchen which we... more

My wife, 2 1/2 yr old daughter and I stayed at the Seaport the weekend prior to the Boston Marathon. The Hotel is is fair amount away from the main downtown area, and not really walking distance to very much. We knew that going in, as our plan was to go the Children's Museum and the Aquarium which were both... more
