I found this hotel had the little extras that marked he difference between an adequate hotel and a special one. It starts with the desk clerk who is especially friendly and says hello to you by name throughout the stay. Then there is the complementary champaign and chocolat pre-dinner snack in he lobby. The only thing that makes your hotel titled so, is it’s location…the view is spectacular….and that’s about where it ends. The 1st room we were given smelled like smoke…while that was rectified, the cleanliness of the given room didn’t improve.
