Not much to add to what others have said. Stayed in room 709. HGad two double beds. Clean, stafff was very nice. The housekeeper heard us talking about all the emergency squads and all the noise they make and reached into her cart and gave us ear plugs. We never used them, but what do you expect when you are... more

My family was having a wedding in Baltimore, so a large group of us rented rooms at the Springhill Suites. Parking is a real problem (the hotel provides expensive valet parking). There is more reasonable parking around the corner at the intersection of E. Baltimore and South St. Some folks in our large group had problems getting their cars back... more

To give 5 "dots" or whatever they are, I think perfection is key. Springhill Suites was a great place to stay, but not without some faults. First of all, make sure you can make your way around Baltimore and around the Inner Harbor area (or just familiarize yourself while you are there). The directions placed the hotel on a main... more

This was our first trip to Baltimore for the AST Dew Action Sports Tour. The hotel was beautiful. The room we stayed in had 2 flat screened TVs, plenty of room and it was very clean. We traveled with a teenage son, and he enjoyed the complementary breakfast, which says a lot considering how much he can eat! The property... more

An old converted bank building just up the street from the Inner Harbor. Easy to get to driving, valet parking makes unloading and checking in a breeze. Very personable staff. Attractive rooms. Going for flat screen TV's on walls made living room TV watching layout a little awkward, but a nice suite. A/C wasn't working real well, but we didn't... more

I stayed at Marriott’s SpringHill Suites during a business trip and was very pleased. The hotel was originally a bank. The old vault is still intact and is quite beautiful. It is located in the basement, along with the laundry and exercise rooms, a must see if you visit. Each morning Marriott's breakfast was available for guests. My room was... more

What a beautiful property. The elegance and over welcoming staff is one to remember. I have traveled to Baltimore often and have stayed at all of the full service hotels. SpringHill Suites rooms are huge. They are like a studio apt. with 2 flatscreen TV’s. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. You can tell... more

This hotel advertises a king sized bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed is a twin size and not made up with linens. We checked into the hotel with our two children @ 10 PM. When I called the front desk to ask why there were no linens on the bed, they responded by asking me, "well, why on earth... more

I generally travel to the inner harbor on business twice a year. Generally I would stay at the Sheraton (formerly the Wyndham) since that the property that was close to the convention center but fit into the budget. I've never been impressed by them at all, and the last time I stayed there I said never again. Seeing that the... more

I just stayed at the hotel last week (Jan 2008) travelling on business. I had originally booked at the Hampton Inn, which was across the street; however, I didn't realize the SHS was THAT close to our office so I called the hotel literally from my rental car and made the change. The staff was very friendly and amenable to... more
