Beautiful Hotel situated in a great location. Only 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street or tram right outside the door. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Room was absolutely beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and extra pillows, rooms were very clean. Free breakfast buffet included the usual fare, as well as scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Just returned from a nice stay at this hotel. It's a pleasant place to be, everywhere in New Orleans is accessible quite easliy from it, either by walking or on the trolley.
