this property is well above average. the staff are extremely helpfull. The location is very convenient. The restaurant is very good. The property is smaller than the other local major chains and affords more personal attention to your stay. Although the rooms are smaller, this property and its staff make up for the shortcome. more

As soon as we pulled up to the hotel we were impressed. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful and polite. Asked the front desk for a quiet room AWAY from noise, i.e. elevators, ice machines, vending, etc. Room given was 2 doors down from the ice, etc. Bed pillows smelled like an unwashed old man. After reading some of the reviews, I lowered my expectations but was pleasantly surprised by how smooth our stay went. The valet, front desk and housekeeping folks were all courteous.
