Arrived on a Friday night and loved the charm of the room. Beautiful high ceilings, 12 foot tall windows, giant balcany overlooking nicely landscaped lawns with a giant old oak. The Queen Anne has some nice rooms, but don't let them give you 153 if you want to be able to open you shades and have a view of anything but the ugly neighboring houses that are in a terrible state of disrepair. What a charming place! The rooms were amazing, the one we stayed in had a huge four poster bed with it's own fireplace and enourmous bathroom. The hotel is an old victorian that was totally remodeled and the architecture is beautiful. It is one street down from St. Charles Ave and the famous streetcars.
