Traded a marriott timeshare week for this location. The property is beutiful with a great location near everything. My only problem with this establishment is the front desk staff. Staff is very occupied with all things other than guest service. hard to get many of the front desk staff to make eye contact much less offer any tye of assistance.... more

We definitely had some problems with this property. We were originally in the old section of the hotel by the elevators (Rm 403). The 1 bedroom was too small for 4 people. We had to move all of the furniture out of the living room to pull out the sofabed and there was no way a cot could fit in... more

Although it is in a pretty decent location within the French Quarter, the hotel itself was not what I would consider Gold Crown. Great location with easy walking access to the whole French Quater and the Riverwalk area. Rooms were nice, but not spectactular. Bathroom was on the small side. I booked this resort thru interval and loved it. It is the best location. You are at Chatres & Canal street.
