Upon check in there was hair in the bed, hair on the floor in the bathroom, stained sheets AND towels, dingy thin towels, arrogant and unhelpful staff, inoperable lamps and ceiling fans, wifi that doesn't work . I really liked this homey hotel only blocks away from the noise and traffic of the main French Quarter.
