Stayed here for 3 nights in Mid November. Hotel pluses: value is great, free cookies, free decent breakfast, quiet rooms and great location close to the French Quarter etc. No real negatives other than maybe they could have more of a bar instead of 3 stools at a counter but I quibble. I would try to get a room not... more

Country Inn and Suites was in a great location, and staff (esp. at breakfast) was excellent. Had a two room suite, living area a bit small and small window in bedroom but very clean and comfy beds. Used laptops both wired and wireless with no problems. Guy in next room came in at 4am and turned tv on LOUD, waking... more

The Country Inn & Suits Hotel in New Orleans was excellent for the low price that I paid. First of all, the hotel facilities and the actual hotel room itself were both immaculately clean, which is always a plus in my book. The rooms are not huge, but spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bed was also super comfortable,... more

We were so pleased with our stay here-can't say enough about it! Room 442 was small and not fancy, but very clean and very quiet! We weren't in it much anyway so who cares about size. Building is architecturally interesting and unique- Bed was very comfortable (I've had terribly uncomfortable ones before on several trips). We were in a good... more

Stayed there for 2 nights, had to switch rooms because they booked the suite we were in for someone else on the 2nd night and got transferred to a regular room. That was kind of annoying but we dealt with it. Rooms were clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, the rooms are nice though there's no "good views" really.... more

Great Hotel. The lay out is a little different, but this is due to it being converted from a couple of old warehouses. It adds to the charm. The room was sufficient, and quiet. The bed was wonderful and slept very good. It was nice to be away from all of the noise on Bourbon street, but still be in... more

We stayed five nights here before Halloween. The service was good, the continental breakfast was good, the small pool was good. The room and bathroom were clean. Walking distance to the French Quarter was a plus. Overall, great room for the price. Definitely recommended. more

It is only a few blocks to the French Quarter, Riverwalk and more. I have stayed at Country Inn's before and this is the best one by far. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, exposed original beams, great staff. I would stay here again! Recommend (all within walking distance): Drago's- charbroiled oysters Red Fish - bbq oysters Paddy O's - hurricane or mint... more

This is not your typical chain hotel. The front desk lady said it has been renovated from a few warehouses put together. And very perfect for staying to check out the French Quarter, it's all walking distance. And you KNOW after a few of those hurrianes you shouldn't be driving anywhere anyway! This hotel is in a high traffic area... more
