We loved the Bourbon Orleans. The location is perfect and noise was not a problem in our room. The room was not very big but it was comfortable and served the purpose. The decor was above average and the amenities fit the bill. The best feature of the hotel (other than the location) is the great courtyard and pool. We... more

TRY ANOTHER HOTEL FIRST. We must have had the same server in the hotel restaurant that the previous reviewer had!! She also had issues with timely serving. When our breakfast order (for 4) was finely taken and farrived, we had to remind her about the cream for our coffee yet again. When it was delivered in a chipped one serving... more

Our room was perfect - lovely, clean, on the top floor with a balcony overlooking Orleans Street. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony watching the action below. We could hear Bourbon at night but it was distant sounds and did not keep us awake. I think from reading all the reviews that the make it or break it with this... more

First, our room was right by the second floor bar, and we had loud dance music blaring all night, plus drunk people trying to hook up right outside our door. We called security, but no avail. We were up every two hours both nights asking people to please go elsewhere. It was like staying outside a very loud brothel. Next,... more

Just stayed at the Bourbon Orleans for a girls weekend. We lucked out and got an amazing 2 story room for 3 of us with a huge balcony! the other members of our group got a standard room which was fine as well. The rooms are on the older side.. i mean, dont expect anything fancy- but the rates are... more

First time ever using bookit.com - we booked three rooms at the same time, one for my 12 year old and I, one for my mom and aunt and one for my cousin and her husband. Their rooms were fantastic, great - however, our room was twenty dollars more and I was given the smallest room I have ever rented... more

In town for Bowl game and stayed here-family had picked location. Easy to find-hotel name is the location (property at the corner of Bourbon and Orleans). Room big enough but bathroom really needed servicing-wallpaper hanging off walls, tub surface pulled off, poor lighting. Service poor-asked for help making reservation for airport shuttle and ignored. Resturant never busy- food didn't look... more

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Have just returned from a trip to New Orleans, and never been to New Orleans before, would like to warn potential guests. Love NO, but this hotel ruin my vacation. Don’t know if I will remember this horrible hotel or the entire NO experience. My sister decided to join us at the... more

This is a truly fine hotel. The rooms are pretty with great views of the French Quarter. The staff was kind and courteous. We paid less than $200 per night for a beautiful two room suite. Not sure if that is usual or not. Sadly, we didn't get a balcony like some of the other rooms had. Parking was $30... more
