This hotel is very outdated. Our rooms was large, but sheets were very dirty and smelly. The service is good, but be very aware they have a terrible cancellation policy! Room was great with balcony on bourbon!! You can check out from the T.V. which is really convenient. The only problem was the price for parking was ridiculous charges us $50 for one night 1 1/2 days. was able to walk to saints game and right onto bourbon!! more

The location is on the corner of Canal and Bourbon Streets. My room was directly above Canal St and quite loud. Rooms are large but poorly lit with dinky light bulbs in the few lamps that actually worked. Dark walls, dark rug, high ceiling, generally depressing environment.
