This hotel is the worse I ever tried! Rooms small, no balcony as promised, and when we left, the owners claimed money for a whole week, even though we we left the same day...Horroble people! DONT DONT DONT GO THERE! more

We stayed at Hotel Neuhaus in Saalbach for a week. We are a family of 5 and had a very pleasant stay. The room had two bedrooms, separate wc and bathroom. Walk-inn closet. We spend 10 days in Christmas 2007 and New Years Eve. The hotel is in a great location and you can practically walk to all lifts. Our room was terrible, and although we paid nearly 400 Euros per night for a half appartment-as adverstised on hotel's website- our room was not more than 20sq.m. The room window was so high... more

We had a fantastic time over the Christmas holiday in Saalbach - a perfect Austrian town, not a Starbucks in sight! Ski, drink, eat...Ski, drink, eat...you get the idea!!
