I think it is my duty to warn you to not go to this place. it is awful. 1. Immediate area is SKETCHY (junkies across the street smoking crack, beer drinking during the day in the empty lot next door...) 2. Hotel does not have it's own parking - so you must self-park about 1/2 a block down the road... more

The first thing I must say is if you hate noise, book an interior room (facing a little courtyard and fountain. If you get a room facing the street be prepared to hear crackheads (and I say this, because you can literally watch them hitting their pipes in the alley accross the street) ALL NIGHT LONG. Centrally located this place is perfect if you're not carborn and/or want to live downtown Seattle with close proximity to the waterfront. Best value for monthly stays.
