Absolute horror! Dirty smelly carpet; windows, door locks, cabinets don't work. Everything seems to be falling apart. No wonder we were the only guests there. Never seen a dump like this in my life! But the receptionsts are very friendly and ready to help. more

The room that Mush Inn management placed us in was not fit for an animal to inhabit. The ceilings had holes in them. The heating source was taped together with duct tape and appeared to have caught on fire in the past. My family and I always look for budget accommodations whenever we go on vacation, but this was one occasion where we would've rather paid more money for some relative comfort. If you are short on money and are in Anchorage, don't think you are saving yourself any money by staying at The Mush Inn. You would be better off sleeping in your vehicle. These are the filthiest rooms I have ever seen, not only the carpet in the room, everything is filthy. more
