I just got back from a trip to Atlanta and had the worst experience of any hotel. First, I am not a picky person when it comes to travel. I know the price of the hotel is attractive and don't expect 300 count sheets or a mint on the pillow. Checked in with my brother and we each got spearate... more
I had missed a connecting flight at Atlanta, and the airline had given me a voucher for a Days Inn hotel. When I arrived at the Days Inn, it was overbooked, and the shuttle driver was kind enough to call around and find vacancy at this Econo Lodge. It was probably better than spending the night at the airport, but... more
I saw the terrible reviews, but our stay was only for one night and how bad could it be? It was bad. Apparently, the neighborhood is so bad they have to post a rent-a-cop in the lobby. The lone clerk was flustered because there were three customers in line to check in. Our non-smoking room was smelly and there were... more
Stayed for two nights and was satisfied. This a budget or tourist class hotel so I knew what to expect, dont' expect anything more than a place to flop as if you were backpacking through europe. I have stayed in worse places in New York. Paris and London. The rooms are small but provide basic needs, reasonablly clean, not for... more
I regret staying at Econo lodge atlanta. I didn't had good expectations for the price I paid, I just wanted a place to sleep and leave mi pesonal belongins. After the first night everything was ok until the second day. I left my room in the morning and came in the afternoon and notice that some items were missing. I... more
I agree with the other comments, cheap but horrible. My biggest complaint was that there were ants all over the room. It was 2:30 in the morning when I finally got to the room (after a flight delay) and luckily I was only staying one night other wise I would have looked for another hotel. The transfer from the airport... more
OK folks. It's cheap. It's for those who need to crash before or after a flight out of the Atlanta-Hartsfield airport. The rooms are incredibly small. It's certainly not the best hotel in Atlanta, but it's not bad if you are planning to just sleep and shower. more
We booked a one night stay here via Priceline after we missed our connecting flight in Atlanta. I have used Priceline many times and have never had a problem with any of the hotels we have stayed in, until now. Upon check in, there were several people waiting in the lobby area. The lady who was waited on before me... more
I arrived to stay for a business meeting just a little before official "check-in" time. The lady behind the desk was from some far-Eastern country and was too busy with other stuff to bother with me. One guest couple was splitting up, the girl wanted another room, the staff said she'd already junked one room and was a drug head... more
