I suppose if you stay in a dorm setting at this place, you might have a less than wonderful experience. However, my fiance and I stayed in one of the tree lodges and we LOVED it. The one thing that made my stay most unenjoyable was the putrid smell coming from the toilet/shower (wet dog odor). I agree with other reviews regarding lack of quality staff here.
