I stayed for 3 days while at a convention. The food was awful! The staff promised to do things and then didn't. They also had noisy conversations in the kitchen area that disturbed the diners while not attending to things like filling water glasses, etc. They didn't replace our towels or coffee service in the room. The TV didn't work.... more
