I have booked the ES in ABQ at least 10 times over the last 3 years, and I've received exceptional service each time. Have there been a few hiccups? Sure. The difference is ... each hiccup was immediately remedied and an apology rendered. You really can't beat the price for what you get. A 2-room suite, free adult beverages in... more

We have stayed here three times now over the course of almost two years. The hotel continues to be well-run and staffed with helpful people. The rooms are nice and the laptop sized room-safe is a plus (having to pay for the Internet is a minus). Of course the cook-to-order breakfast is great too. more

Short story is we were traveling through Albuquerque, with plans to stay at the Embassy Suites. Probably our 3rd visit this year. I had the stomach flu, but I was past the 24 hour notice time. I told who ever I spoke with (I could have spoken to Santa Claus the way I felt). No deal, we needed a doctors... more

This was a beautiful hotel and I really enjoyed many things about it. The breakfast was great and the reception in the evening is a nice touch. The design of the building and facilities was great as were the hotel staff. I was disappointed though in the cleanliness of the hotel. I stay at Hilton properties on a regular basis... more

This is a fine place if you have a large family, or are traveling with a large group for fun. Lots of opportunity for eating and drinking together. But for a solo business traveler, it's noisy, expensive to pay for internet service (which ought to be included) and far from downtown. Not unwalkable, but far enough. And there is NOTHING... more

As we are Hilton frequent visitors, we had stayed at this Embassy Suites twice before. This visit was also good, as expected. Our room was # 928, on the top floor with a view of downtown. Housekeeping always cleaned the bathroom well, which is a particular requirement for me. I think they keep the carpeting really clean because the socks... more

My family and I stayed here for one night before an early flight out of ABQ. I was extremely impressed. The staff was helpful and friendly, the suite was immaculate. Best of all, there was a REAL, cooked-to-order continental breakfast spread. I had not seen anything as extensive since traveling in Europe. This was not just doughnuts and coffee. We... more

We went for labor day weekend!! It was so exhasting due to the horrble service. We have stayed here about five times in the past, but this time was AWFUL!! Our room was not cleaned the first day until 7pm, after complaing to the MOD they took care of it and explained how this was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it... more

We spent a short vacation over Labor Day weekend with family and had two suites that we booked directly through the hotel. I spent some time on the usual web pages, (Orbitz, Travelocity, etc,) but found that the hotel had better rates than the travel sites. The hotel was built in '05 but still looks brand new. The suites are... more
