We arrived around midnight on a Friday night to this Best Western and there was nothing around that was open. We ended up walking quite a distance to an all night diner and then took a cab back to the property. The staff was very attentive and the room was nice but could use a bit of an update. The... more

it was pricey since it was balloon week, but the room was good for a short stay and very convenient to old town. they could offer coffee in the am given the early morning balloon call. lots of bus groups which is not a plus. more

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the experience very much. We had a King Study room which was a good size, with a comfy armchair as well as the desk and ergonomic chair. Good Internet connection both cable and wireless and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained including the guest laundry. Staff were helpful and friendly and... more

We stayed here one night. It was clean, AC was very noisy and never stopped. We liked the roomy fridge. Conveniently located off Hwy 40, a few blocks from Old Town. Not the safest area to be wandering around; I noticed some transient people wandering nearby, but the hotel is secured. We drove to and parked in Old Town, not... more

My family and I went on a cross country road trip from Nevada to North Carolina. We stayed at several different hotels at different prices ranges and different themes and styles. Mainly based on convenience to the location we were visiting. So based on that we stayed here because of the location. It was the cheapest of the several hotels... more

I booked this hotel on Hotwire with the info that it was a 3 star hotel. Not in my opinion. Tiny lobby--a few couches next to the front desk, hardly a place where you could meet folks and have a conversation. The restaurant was so-so. Food was average, service slow. Our room was clean with 2 queen size beds, a... more

On first sight this 'mud' coloured adobe style hotel is a little off putting. However the rooms are comfortable and clean, the airconditioning is noisy and it is needed on all the time. The bathrooms are a good size with large counter, giving plenty of space for the coffee maker etc. Hotel is situated along a main road about ten... more

This hotel was okay. The rooms were fine although the AC was loud. The staff left something to be desired. I made reservations on my own and then joined a group for the rest of the stay. The front desk could not determine for hours if I could remain in the original room. After numerous calls and stopping by the... more

My stay at the BW Rio Grande Inn for 3 nights in May was very pleasant. The location is great - a 10 minute walk from Old Town. They have a shuttle for airport pickups and drop off which also goes to different attractions. I used them just for their airport service. They have a restaurant off the lobby and... more
