Very close to airport, which is its main asset. The hotel is showing its age and is in need of updating. The public areas and rooms are a bit shabby. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Free wireless internet. I would probably look for a more modern alternative before staying at this hotel again. more

I have travelled extensively throughout the USA, and everytime I stay at this hotel, I am treated like part of the family. The staff will bend over backwards to accomodate the guests. The rooms are not only comfortable but the hotel is also in a perfect location. Once the renovations are completed, this will certainly be the hotel that everyone... more

Stayed for one night which was one night to long!! The rooms are dirty, window treatments torn. The AC only works when the temp is above 60. The balcony door only opened 3 inches. The room was VERY hot and even when the HVAC was turned off there was a large clatter noise. This was the worst night sleep I... more

My husband had a conference to attend at the Grand Airport Hotel. Its not a bad hotel. The rooms were clean; the staff was friendly. I have nothing good or bad to say about it, other than the walls are tissue paper thin and I very much enjoyed hearing the man in the room next to us hack up flem.... more

I did get this room off of Hotwire.com so the price was right. The room was a nice, big and roomy but there was no customer service at all. The was comfy and we did get a king bed as we requested. This place is almost on the runway of the airport so it was a little noisy from the... more

My overall impression of this hotel was that it was very dated. Staff seemed a bit robotic during check-in. One of the two elevators wasn't working, so the freight elevator was available for use. Apparently, this hotel is being converted to a Sheraton, so hopefully renovations will be made because the hotel could definitely use new bed covers, carpeting, and... more

We stayed here because our flight landed at midnight, an old Frommer's labeled the hotel a "best bet" and it is less than a 5 minute walk from the terminal. From reading Tripadvisor, I expected a dirty, smelly old motel. It's far better than that. The decor is dated and the hotel needs a renovation, but work starts this year... more

Check in was quick and pleasant. Wireless internet was free and fast. Parking was abundant and free. The lobby was very attractive. The room itself was comfortable... but was quite dated (the A/C controls looked like original equipment from the 60's)... but everything worked, and it was clean. Had we booked direct I would have likely given it a 3... more

This place is pretty sad & rough around the edges. The carpet in my room was badly stained and wrinkled/loose. Carpeting in the halls was the same. Check-in was fast & pleasant, and they allowed us to the room early. View was great. I only paid $43/night on Priceline, but I have to say this place feels more like a... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel after damage to our aircraft. The staff was friendly and helpful, delivering extra items to our room within ten minutes. The room service for our evening meal was fast, great food and the attendant was very, very pleasant. The room was comfortable, view outstanding, and my husband certainly enjoyed the video games... more
