I stayed at this property for 4 days while on holiday to watch some spring training baseball in March 2008. The rates were a bit high, but the overall quality of the room and the service was top notch. Highs: - good beds - refrigerator and microwave in room - excellent front desk service - quality free breakfast including hot... more

Stayed during the Gem show, and the issues of no parking and the overall "ZOO" atmosphere was expected. I am a diamond member with Hilton honors and needless to say travel a great deal on business. I know how Hampton / Hilton's Hotels should be. That being said. this one does not have the normal upgraded beds , these still... more

This hotel has all of the amenities you would expect from a Hampton Inn, including nice beds and continental breakfast. That being said, it is located in a part of town that has quite a bit of road noise, and it was not possible for me to completely shut out the sound of the freeway. Also, I am a gold... more

We stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it. It is fairly conveniently located, despite all of the interstate construction going on. Upon checkin, the staff was very pleasant and made suggestions for dining and parking, and also explained all of the hotel features. Breakfast was fairly complete and gave many options. There is also a Waffle House... more

Stayed here on business--good central location. Very clean and seemingly well run until I had the most bizarre experience. Keep in mind that I'm a woman and traveled alone on this trip. At about 10:30-11 p.m. I was just nodding off when I kept hearing this "bumping" noise. In fact, I got up and checked the air conditioner (it was... more

This hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that I booked a room with two queen beds and what I got was more like two full size beds. The woman at the front desk said that the beds we got are what they classify as queen size. Let me tell you, the... more

This is a 3 star hotel with some 4 star features. The bed was very comfy and pristine-clean and smelled fresh. There was a little note on the pillow telling how everything, including the duvet and lumber support covers are freshly laundered for each guest. Having heard the stories of what can grow on a hotel bedspread, this was appreciated.... more

At first, we weren't sure about this Hampton because it seemed to be tightly wedged within the neighboring buildings in it's location and because it appears to be slightly older. It is extremely convenient to both on and off I-10. All of the staff were extremely friendsly and helpful. As we arrived at the airport after checking out, my wife... more

Yes, it's a bit noisy, what hotel next to a highway isn't? I always bring ear plugs. Staff is great, breakfast is filling, rooms clean, bed is firm but very comfy. I will happily stay here again. more

Hotel is above average for the Hampton Inn chain which we are very familar with. Place was very clean and they were very good about not charging us for the night when we called to say we'd be a day late due to plane connection problems. Breakfast was excellent. You didn't feel crowded as you often do when breakfast is... more
