I used Choice points for 4 rooms for my family for a weekend in Hill Country. The Furniture was really a mess - water stains on all the woodwork. Carpeting very ragged. Sheet vinyl in bathrooms horribly stained. Nice staff but really a low level poor hotel - not what Choice promotes as their flagship. Stay away! more

Checked in and our room was warm. Asked for maintenance 2 times before they came. They checked it out and said something was not right. We went and asked and they moved us to an updated room. THe A/C worked great. The hotel is not in great shape but it is a good value for the money. more

My husband and I stayed here June 21-26 with 4 kids. This place was perfect for us. The location is out of the downtown area but since it is right near the highway it took no time at all to get anywhere you wanted to go. I had to stay at the Clarion with my two kids because I was having surgery--and these people went WAY out of their way to be helpful and make me feel comfortable! They allowed me an early check in, brought me extra pillows, blankets and towels, even offered to take my kids via their shuttle to get food from nearby... more

The Clarion Suites are in the process of being updated. Our one bedroom suite was comfortable for us, our 8 year old son, and our Chihuahua (Millie). The rooms were clean and the kitchen handy in preparing a picnic lunch daily for fun at Schlitterbahn. more
