We originally booked our motel room with a competitor located two hotels down, online. We arrived at the hotel that we had booked online and were thoroughly disappointed. I have stayed in many Microtels but none like the one in San Antonio at the Northeast Location. They double charged me and refuse to give me the money they owe me. This is a nice hotel and the staff is very friendly including the General Manager. The hotel is less than seven minutes away from all the main attractions like Downtown etc. I rather stay here than pay like $150.00 a night at a hotel in downtown. Overall my stay experience was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.... more

This is definatley a budget motel...there were cigarette burns in the comforter, an iron burn on the floor and worst of all there was a LARGE crack in the bath tub that had some kind of yellow texture on it. Needless to say I didn't take a shower that night and I wont be staying here again. more

Employees couldn't give directions to the hotel or from the hotel but they were nice, bed was hard, towels were the size of kitchen dish towels, ice machine broken, coke machine only takes dollars, chip machine only takes coins, limited parking. I agree with the other reviewer. Just know that this is a budget hotel before booking. I usually stay at higher scale hotels and was delighted by my experience. There was nothing in the stay but a clean and functional room with extra amenities - kitchenette, dining area, couch and coffee tabe, plus an extra sitting area near the window.... more

When ever you book this online. You should remember its a budget hotel. They take some short cuts so that they may keep price down. I read these reviews before I went on my trip. It helped out a bunch. It cost me for 3 nights what it would have cost for one night at some places within a mile... more
