First, let me say for the price, the room and ameneties were just fine. Unfortunately, the service at this In Town Suites location was awful. First, I tried to make a reservation over the phone, as I'm coming from out of state, and was told no reservations could be made, only walk-ins were allowed. When I got there, I commented... more

We stayed here for my son's graduation from BMT at Lackland AFB. Since we needed to be in San Antonio for 5 nights, this was a great option for us. The hotel is definitely bare bones, but very clean.
