I shared the Prince Suite with a dear old friend, and it was fantastic. The staff is more than professional, they became friends quickly. Nice to come back to a hotel where folks call you by name with big open smiles each time. The Aveda amenities were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable. Views are spectacular, all rooms... more

if you like... - convenient location on the edge of waikiki - quiet rooms, no car noise, windows that open, quiet a/c - a very good breakfast buffet - staff that greets you with your name - view of the yacht harbor and ocean - to be close to a great park for walks or jogging then stay at the... more

The Hawaii Prince Hotel in Honolulu is an incredibly comfortable and relaxing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful views. The only downside I could note is that it is not a convenient stay for those without a car, interested in Waikiki. However, they do have a shuttle around Waikiki for those hoofing it. I was here for a night with... more

We had a special deal for a conference - aboout $180 a night after tax. My friend and I stayed in a room at the end of the corridor (21st floor I think?) with two double beds. The bathroom was very spacious, and clean. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well. The view was GORGEOUS! We had... more

This is the second time staying at the Hawaii Prince Hotel and the third time staying on a Prince Hotel property (I also stayed at the Prince Hotel in Makena, Maui a few years back) I live in Hawaii, but on the island of Kauai. Their kama'aina rate is a little more than most hotels that locals stay at but... more

I booked this hotel through priceline.com's name your price. The hotel was everything we wanted for our honeymoon! It was the perfect location... it was over the marina which was an AMAZING view at all times of the day. The hotel isn't right on the beach, which allowed us quiet relaxing evenings. The short walk to downtown Waikiki was always... more

This was my second time staying at this hotel...previous time was last year. Both times were very enjoyable. Rooms are beginning to show their age, but are nicely decorated and arranged and clean. Bathrooms are elegant, love the separate shower! The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, right near Ala Moana shopping center (walking... more

Just returned from a 6 day stay at the Hawaii Prince. It was our second visit to the Prince in two years. We made a value oriented decision. Our previous hotel had been the Kahala Mandarin—which we absolutely loved. However, now that we require two rooms (a second room for our 16 year old daughter and her friend), we can... more

The Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki marks the gateway to legendary Waikiki. Upon entering the lobby one is impressed by it's muted elegance and — the quiet! It is very relaxing and far less frenetic than many of the Waikiki properties. The front desk staff demonstrate a true aloha spirit and welcome each guest who registers with a hot oshibori towel.... more

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and have nothing but positive things to say about it. It's location is at the quiet end of Waikiki, perfect for us, away from the crowds but with easy access to beaches or shopping. Not a resort hotel, but very elegant and understated. The... more
