We've just booked our third stay at the Princess Kaiulani for the end of December 08. In 2002 for our 40th anniversary we stayed at the Hilton hawaiin village. It was nice but not very special. The staff in the restaurants and at the hotel were not friendly nor particularly helpful. When we booked our next trip, we stayed at... more

This hotel was fab! My husband and I are just back from Waikiki after staying for 5 nights here at the Princess Kaiulani. It is centrally located opp Waikiki beach and the staff were very helpul. The hotel was quiet, clean and spacious. We didn't eat in the hotel as it was rather expensive but the food looked gorgeous -... more

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel for a wedding. Nice hotel, in a great location. Hotel service is pretty responsive. There are better hotels in the same price level if you're looking for a beach view, i.e. the waikiki outrigger. Hotels on this stretch of the island has nicer smoother sand. Sandy down by the hilton, for instance can... more

First of all, this was my 7th stay at the PK. The rooms and service have certainly improved. This is a tourist class hotel. Don't be mislead by any website's star rating. It is a solid three at times and a meager two at others, but not a bit more or less. The people who posted the worst pictures paid... more

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and I can't say anything but nice things about it. The hotel is right in the heart of Waikiki, the beach, restaurants and shopping are all walkable. The pool is nice, cleaned every morning, entertainment at the pool every night. I ate at the dinner buffet one night, and it was very... more

Stayed for three nights and loved every minute. We actually booked a standard room with 2 double beds and was not expecting much at all. When checking in we were advised that we'd been upgraded to a pool view room with king bed. We had room 712 and it was fabulous - great view of the pool, the Moana Surfrider... more

For all of you out there curious about the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani here's the scoop. 1st: The hotel is in a great location. Beach access is right across the street and everything and anything you could possibly want is within walking distance. 2nd: The hotel rooms and elevators are definitely dated. We had to ask to switch rooms because it... more

Just one night here, using my hotel reward points. Pleasantly surprised to get room upgrade to tower block, with good ocean view from balcony. As a hotel though it isn’t anything at all remarkable. Apart from the view it could be almost anywhere, though it is conveniently located a very short walk from the beach. Fridge in room was empty... more

I paid $149 for a ocean view room in the high rise building. location is excellent, convenent to everything. Only a block from Waikiki beach and right next to International market. Room is small, bathroom facility is old, but clean. Buffet is expensive, 39 for dinner and 28 for breakfast. Self parking is $20 per day. Make sure you unload... more
