I was very surprised of this little jewel in the middle of Waikiki. We stayed there 10 days. The location is awesome, you can´t beat it. In the morning we snapped our towels and went to the beach for a morning swim. That was great. Mozah at the front desk was very helpful and wasn´t impatient, no matter what questions... more

I lived on Oahu back in the 70's and 80's. One of the one more lovely concepts of Hawaiiana is of "the Ohana", the family, in Hawaiian its not restricted to actuall relatives, but to those you choose to care about. That's the feel I get when I stay there. Mosa and Ashley who alternate at the front desk facilate... more

The Waikiki Prince is a great place to stay if you are looking for great value for the money. I learned about this hotel in the book “Oahu Revealed,” which gave it a “Solid Gold Value” rating. (It’s a great book by the way, you should pick one up before you arrive.) We originally chose this hotel because we were... more

As per all of the other reviews you get what you pay for. ex. there is no pool here. But I ask, what does one need a pool for when Waikiki beach is a 3-minute walk away?! My room (the small double) had normal-sized washroom, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. The sheets were obviously very clean and crisp. The hotel... more

We booked that before our arrival and that was a perfect for us... two youg travalers! The hotel is located near the beach (2 blocs) ans there is AC and a very good service with the staff! The kitchenette was perfect for 2....believe me don't expect too much this is not a 5 stars hotel but this is cheap, clean... more

The hotel is in a good location for the price you pay. Close to beach and shops. But we found the room extremly noisy, you could hear everything(so many police sirens). At night the room was very light, the curtains were rubbish and it was like going to bed in the daylight. Earplugs and an eyemask is essential. We found... more

I believe the previous poster is posting about the wrong hotel. The Waikiki Prince where my husband and I stayed only has 6 floors. I was excited about finding this place after reading the reviews on this site. Unfortunately I cannot say that we liked our hotel room. The price was quite low for the area. My sister stayed at... more

This was a very clean, comfortable and safe place to stay. We upgraded (upon arrival) to the 34 floor with included cont. breakfast and snacks in the evening, which unlimited access to the executive lounge, which was not very executive just a room with computers, and a fax machine.. no frills but worth the upgrade. Don't get duped like we... more

This review is probably for the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hotel which is not affiliated with our hotel. Our hotel's parking rate is $10 per night and our hotel is only 6 stories high, it does not have a 34th floor. This review is misclassified.

We stayed here for 5 nights & loved the location, it's a couple of minutes walk to the beach & right in the thick of it as far as all of the shops & restaurants go. We went for a small double room which was small, but not cramped. There were a couple of things that weren't perfect, but as... more

If you are looking for a good deal and friendly, helpful staff, the Waikiki Prince is for you. If you are OK with budget hotels, this has everything you need and it really is a minute from the beach in the heart of Waikiki. It is clean and comfortable - I have no hesitations in recommending it. more
