This hotel is right on the beach and in a good area. A lot of steps up to the front door so not suitable for disabled people. Don't worry about the smell at the front door as it comes off the drain nearby and cannot be smelled anywhere else in the hotel. Friendly staff and fresh towels every day. Food... more

just got back from the royal sun hotel in santa susanna. we had a very good holiday but, this is never a 4 star hotel,i would rate it as a 3 star hotel. rooms are cleaned every day,clean towels every day,and clean bedding every day.hotel clean. food is good,but no carvery as you would expect in a 4 star. only... more

This Hotel was very clean the staff all very helpful and friendly entertainment most nights in the bar area, food great ,rooms not very big and A/C did'nt work but were cleaned daily .Lifts seemed to break down alot . more

Have just returned from the royal sun santa suzanna had mixed feelings as had read other reviews,but had nothing to worry about hotel spotlessly clean, comfortable beds , our rooms were not on the small side ( rooms 130.131 ) but overlooked the train track and road always something to look at !! food was ample always meat and fish... more
