What struck me about Petrus is their wine list. I have yet to see one so impressive in Hong Kong. The view is stunning, food is good and i would definitely suggest keeping this place in mind if you were looking for a place to have a special dinner. more

Petrus has a great view and excellent ambience, however, the service is not as refined as Gaddi's. The food is great while Gaddi's is excellent. The dessert trolley is a nice touch where you can see it being prepared for you. more
