Hotel was built into several old buildings in a seedy neighborhood near the train station (Hauptbahnhof). Rooms are small and very difficult to get to through obscure corridors with several small staircases inbetween. Restaurant for breakfast is disappointing. Few facilities in hotel or in room. Not recommended for familes or young travelers.

This may appear from internet to be a business-like hotel, with decent, standard, clean rooms. The price they charge makes one think that the hotel is luxury.

But the rooms are below motel standards. They are dark, too hot, obscenely humid - there's no air conditioning, only an old fan in the middle of the room you can use to survive - and there is no desk, no closets, drawers, anything that you usually have in a motel room.

The bathroom is dirty and feels the weights of its many decades.

It looks like internet may be free from the website, but it's exceedingly expensive.

The location is fine, near the station, ok if you have to rush to catch a flight. Otherwise any other location in Frankfurt would be better.

I have stayed in many other hotels in Frankfurt, paying as low as 28, 30, 40 euros and they all beat this expensive pretentious place.

Great location! Close to airport, close to all public transport, close to the most important attractions. Although close to the red light district but quite safe! We arrived at 08 a.m. and hotel stuff accomodated us immediately, although the normal check in was at 03.00 p.m. Ideal for a weekend trip to Frankfurt. Business room small but cozy. Nice experience in general.

We booked this hotel based on central location but would not recommend it. For what we got the price was very expensive (€400 for 3 nights) and seemed like a budget hotel

For a little bit extra one can choose Intercontential Hotel or others...

Bad: smallish room
Bathroom smelt of sewage. I had read this from a previous review but had presumed that this was an isolated incident. When we mentioned this at the desk the receptionist didn't say anything.
Very basic decor- no proper wardrobe- just a railing
Awful breakfast- very basic offerings, no fresh juices, unappetising hot food. Had to ask for bowels, bread- items weren't restocked quickly enough.
