We came here by chance after leaving another terrible hotel and this was heaven.Its been completely refurbished recently and is really nice and classy.The staff were all really nice and helpful.And we asked for lots of things and advice and they were great.
The room was large and had nice big windows,comfy pillows,lovely large bathroom,good shower,entrance hall and closet.
They brought us an iron on new years eve in 5 mins,gave us lots of extra towels,and always asked if we needed anything.
breakfast was good .buffet selection with all you need.
And it was very clean everywhere.
Great location near to shops and puerto madero,easy to get cabs etc.
would recomend this hotel to everyone no doubts as they deserve it.

the hotel is old and the rooms show it.hard beds,needs painting,and a bad tv connection.my breakfast was included in my package.it was exactly the same every day.canned peaches,2 yogurts,2 slices of bread,a croisant,a slice of ham and a slice of some type of marble cake. packaged orange juice,coffee and tea.so fine to get started off in the morning.i recieved a complimentary invitation to tea one afternoon.i thought "how sweet" and went downstairs to the bar area.the waitress brought a saucer with abnormal cuts and sizes of the same cake i had at breakfast!recycled maybe?i drank my cup of tea and left.i called room service one afternoon for some ice and a spoon.the same waitress that served "tea" rudely informed me that she was busy and to come get it myself.i reminded her this was room service.i continued to have problems with the bar and the ewaitress during my stay but the manager was very nice and took care of it for me.the hotel smells a bit musty but you get used to it.it was clean and the staff very nice and helpful in everything i asked for or needed.it is half a block to calle florida and in walking distance to puerto madera.so, very convenient location and fair price.
