“Amazing Service, Great Hotel!!”

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel staff at the BoBo Hotel. Over my two day stay I dealt with at least five different front desk staff and all of them were helpful, nice and really helped make the trip easy and fun. From helping with a ferry ticket mix-up, to writing a list of favorite shoe and bag shops, nothing was too much to ask. The rooms are clean and simple. I stayed in the Art Deco room and it was great. My dad stayed in the Argentina suite and loved it but did say there was a bit of street noise. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to the subway to explore downtown and Puerto Madero, but located in a great little area called Palermo Viejo that has amazing shops and restaurants. If I return to Buenos Aires (which I hope to someday soon) I will definitely be staying here again!

“Loved Bobo”

We stayed at Bobo for a total of five nights in April and loved it! We stayed in the Minimalist Room and the Pop Room -- both are great, but we prefered the Minimalist for the large balcony. I really can't say enought about how great the staff are. I'm not sure who Max is (in previous review) but we didn't have a single person who wasn't polite and helpful. We also liked Palermo Soho a lot--tons of good restaurants and fun shops.

“Could have been Perfect”

My seventeen year old daughter and I just returned from Argentina last week after visiting my twenty year old daughter who is a college student studying in Argentina. We stayed at the Bo Bo which was very lovely and would have been perfect except for the night manager Max, who was not very accomondating. The staff with the exception of Max, were all very warm and friendly especially the restaurant staff who I cannot say enough about. The food was very good but their smiles and general helpful attitudes one could not put a price tag on. We stayed in the Art Deco room which was basically very clean however the carpets need to be changed as there were numerous stains around the bed. While the bathroom was lovely at first glance, they need to do some grouting around the shower partition as it is rusted. Would I stay again, not sure.

“Exceeded even my high expectations”

This hotel had received such great reviews that my wife and I could not resist booking 2 nights on our way back from Patagonia. Our high expectations were not only met, but exceeded thanks to the lovely staff and location of this boutique hotel. We actually stayed in two different rooms as we booked late and no one room was availabe. However, the staff ensured that they would move our bags and personal items to the new room without us having to worry. The two ladies working the front desk were very helpful and both had a smile on their faces throughout the day when we bumped into them. The dark haired one seemed to always be present and even directed us to Murillo St. where we found the best deals on leather in the city. All staff spoke english perfectly and were willing to help me as I worked on my spanish as well. The breakfast is fantastic as you can choose from a list of items and most are made to order. The rooms are clean, perfectly decorated and ours even had fresh flowers, bath robes and bath salts. Besides the staff the location is the 2nd best part of the hotel. It is in the heart of Palermo Soho and all of the great shops and restaurants it has to offer. It is a $3 cab ride to Las Cananitas and Palermo Hollywood and a $5 ride to the Centro.
This hotel exceeded our already high expectations and there is no mistaking why it receives such high reviews and international awards. Thanks again to the friendly and helpful staff.

This place is fantastic. We stayed for several days
and everything was perfect. The staff are so helpful and
friendly. The food in the hotel was excellent, even for my wife who is a vegitarian. There is much to do and see with in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is in a cute neighhood Palermo Soho) not far from the BA zoo and parks.
If coming in from a long flight, ask the hotel about massage, they reccomeded a excellent place that helped with the jet lag. Also there is a very good veggie resturant near by the massage office.
If you want a tour the hotel can call a driver who lived in Boston and speaks perfect english. We got a ride with him accoss town and he would be a great tour guide.
