I can't say enough about my stay and the staff at the Mine Boutique Hotel.

Let me start with the location. I'm a Palermo SoHo fan and you can not find a better location for a hotel within this neighborhood than Mine. You simply can't.

Now the staff. From the beginning to the end, they were all MARVELOUS! We were staying at another place before heading to Patagonia. We stopped by the Mine after dinner and I told my friend that we should ask to see a room. They happily showed us one. They also told us that the website rates were less than their walk-in rack rates. We went online later and decided we would stay there when coming back to Buenos Aires after Patagonia. They were helpful with letting us keep our big bags there (as we didn't want to bring them with us to Patagonia) - and that was prior to us being official guests there! While in Patagonia, I realized I would need a reservation for La Cabrera. I emailed the hotel hoping they could help us with the request - sure enough, they got us a reservation for 2 nights later! Every time I emailed them, I got a response back immediately. While we stayed there, the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all as friendly and helpful as could be. Loved them all.

The rooms: Extremely comfortable, modern and wonderfully adorned. We had a room with a Jacuzzi tub - I would recommend one of these as it was a great way to put an end to a night! We didn't do this - but you could even check out DVDs to watch. Nice touch.

I have traveled A LOT...and I rarely feel compelled to do a TripAdvisor review...but I had to for them!

This small hotel is situated in the Palermo area of Buenos Aires, which is a very pleasant and quiet area. The hotel itself has a really beautiful modern design, with a pleasant pool area. The room we had was not very large but OK, with a comfortable bed AND a nice jacuzzi with place for two in the bathroom.. We used it :-)

The personnel is very pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant serves nice food and has the advantage of being very quiet.

We recommend it highly.

This was our second trip to the Mine, and it was just as good, if not better than the first. Excellent, friendly service. Great location. Attractively priced. Rooms are good size, and have flat screen TV's and DVD players.

If you are looking for a new fresh modern hotel that makes you feel right at home,
provides you with great beds/linens, great food and personal attention in the
middle of a great neighborhood this is the place to stay.
