We've stayed here twice in the past 2 years, and while most of it was a good experience typical of other Embassy Suites, the breakfast area has consistently been a concern. The one and only waffle maker was broken, the fresh fruit ran out with a half hour left, and there were no clean tables. We had to bus one ourselves. This was not a one-time experience; it's now been the past two years in the same area. Last year we were given the excuse that there was a strike. This year we were told they have no way of knowing what types of groups will be staying there in order to accomodate for breakfast (ie. families or corporate). With today's technology available I don't buy that.
When we fly to the Orlando area next spring we will be staying at another hotel near the airport. There are many choices in the immediate area, and we've stayed at others with much better accomodations.
